The Lampasas coaching staff would like to invite you to participate in the 2024 Summer Conditioning Program called SWAT.

Who: Incoming 7th-12th Boys and Girls

Where: Lampasas High School

Time: 8:00 am – 10:00 am

(all athletes in one session, divided into 3 groups of equal ability)

Sport specific coaching will take place at conclusion of SWAT.

Cost: $80.00 (Online payments only)

Monday, July 1st - Tuesday, July 2nd (OFF July 3-4th)

NEW UPDATES/REQUIREMENTS:

1. All athletes can receive up to 1 hour of sport specific instruction per day. You must attend SWAT to receive the sport specific instructions upon conclusion of the session.

2. All athletes must have a current physical and emergency card on file with the athletic training department at Lampasas High School.
